Justin Weatherholtz

Justin Weatherholtz has been tattooing since 1999 and served his apprenticeship under Joe Johns. It was embedded into him to tattoo anything that walks into the studio and this has carried over into what his personal “style” is, he’s known for his diversity.

He co-produces Pagoda City Tattoo Fest, which is held in Pennsylvania every August.
